A COURSE IN MIRACLES
TUESDAYS FROM 6:30-8:00 P.M. with Richard Mallett
Click here for the 2009 Reading Schedule

A COURSE IN MIRACLES is a self-study course consisting of three volumes - a Text, a Workbook For Students, and a Manual For Teachers. The teaching of the Course strikes at the heart of the basic human condition, which it characterizes as one of conflict, suffering and despair, fearful isolation from God, others, and even ourselves. The Course aims at the healing of this condition by affecting a profound change in our basic outlook. Its tool is the healing of human relationships, which it accomplishes by transforming our perception of others to seeing them as fundamentally good and holy. This opens the way for love, which replaces the fear and separateness, and which the Course describes as our natural inheritance. Since its publication in 1976, the Course has gained immense popularity and acclaim. An increasing number of people from varying traditions, cultures, and walks of life have found a home in it.
This course is a year-long spiritual journey, with one meeting each week, following a carefully planned workbook. The goal of the program is to change the perception that we are separated from our Source, to the truth of our unity with our Higher Power. As we learn to forgive and release judgments of our selves and others, we gain God's peace, and well-being, and bring these qualities into our homes and communities.
This is an on-going course and you can join the group any time.

If you were with us for part 1 – please return for the how- how to work with feelings – how to work with stuck thoughts and how to be HAPPY NO MATTER WHAT!

Women who run with the Wolves Workshop
with Sandy Wiederkehr
Every Thursday 10am-12pm Starting 21st January, 2010
Within every woman there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing. Her name is Wild Woman, but she is an endangered species. Though the gifts of wildish nature come to us at birth, society's attempt to "civilize" us into rigid roles has plundered this treasure, and muffled the deep life-giving messages of our own souls. Without Wild Woman, we become over-domesticated, fearful, uncreative, trapped.
Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Ph.D., Jungian analyst and cantadora storyteller, shows how woman's vitality can be restored through what she calls "psychic archeological digs" into the ruins of the female unconscious. In Women Who Run with the Wolves, Dr. Estes used multicultural myths, fairy tales, folk tales, and stories that help women reconnect with the healthy, instinctual, visionary attributes of the Wild Woman archetype.
The above was taken from the forward and introduction of Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Ph.D.
Sandy Wiederkehr will be will be holding this 16 week workshop series. Each week we will read and discuss a chapter's story, and ensuing Jungian insight, which will provide understanding to sharpen our sight so we can find the true path left by our wildish nature to our authentic selves. These stories reach us at an unconscious level and can affirm our inner core self and remind us that we are valuable, creative, important. Using the power of a supportive, loving group of sisters, belly laughs, tears of truth, art and poetry we can learn to hear and trust our own intuition and regain personal power, creativity and healthy boundaries. This book has inspired so many to live lives of consciousness, love, integrity, truth and soulfulness.
Women join us for our inner adventure!
