YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION

Every alternate Thursday at 12:15-1:15 pm &
2nd Saturday of every month at 9:00 - 10:00 am

Facilitated by Dee Dee Boies.
No meditation experience is necessary to enjoy the deep relaxation found in practicing Yoga Nidra. If you have a meditation practice, Yoga Nidra is a great compliment, taking you to a much deeper level. It is important not to be distracted or interrupted, so please arrive a few minutes early. Bring a light cover and something to support your head as you will be lying on the floor during practice. Please join us!
