Science and Health with Key to the Scriptureswas first published in 1875 in response to many requests for the author and spiritual healer, Mary Baker Eddy to share the principles behind the well-known healings that she had been doing during the previous few years. This book was designed to help readers understand the principles and put them into practice in their own lives. The last 100 pages are filled with letters written by people who had been healed just by reading the book.
